Wealth Transfer Taxation -- Estate, Gift and Generation Skipping Transfer taxes. Fiduciary Income Taxation -- generally something to be handled in the administration of estates, but may involve the taxation of irrevocable inter-vivos trusts, whether as a separate taxable entity or "intentionally-defective". State Taxation -- real estate taxes, documentary stamp tax, or sales tax. Tax Compliance -- tax preparation and filings.
