Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies -- 
taxation of property transfers, business operations, non-liquidating distributions, withdrawal and redemption, liquidations and sales, and the non-recognition of corporate dispositions.


Wealth Transfer Taxation -- Estate, Gift and Generation Skipping Transfer taxes.

Fiduciary Income Taxation  -- generally something to be handled in the administration of estates, but may involve the taxation of irrevocable inter-vivos trusts, whether as a separate taxable entity or "intentionally-defective". 

State Taxation -- real estate taxes, documentary stamp tax, or sales tax.

Tax Compliance -- tax preparation and filings.

Tax Controversy -- 
audits, appeals, tax litigation, criminal investigations, or penalty abatement.
